Gillespie, Rozen & Watsky P.C. is a Dallas law firm that devotes its practice to employment and labor law and complex litigation on behalf of plaintiffs. Although most of our cases are in federal and state courts in Texas, we appear regularly in courts and arbitrations throughout the country and before the National Labor Relations Board. Our firm's attorneys are devoted to representing individuals, executives, class plaintiffs and labor unions in all aspects of employment, labor law and litigation.

Employment Law and Plaintiff's Litigation
The Firm represents business executives, individual employees, and classes of employees in all types of employment matters, including discrimination based on age, sex, race, national origin, religion, and disability, as well as retaliation claims based upon the assertion of protected discrimination complaints. We also represent plaintiffs in claims involving breach of contract, whistleblowing, Sarbanes-Oxley, sexual harassment, covenants not to compete, defamation, slander, and the FMLA. We are highly experienced in state court, federal court, and in arbitration.
Labor Law
The Firm represents numerous labor unions whose members work in many different kinds of jobs. We handle cases under the National Labor Relations Act, Railway Labor Act, and the Labor Management Reporting and Disclosure Act. GRW lawyers participate in labor-management negotiations, advice, and litigation of labor arbitration cases.
Overtime and Minimum Wage Violations
The Firm handles class action and collective action claims for unpaid overtime and misclassification under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
